As our Dental Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of care and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Position Summary: As the Dental Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our practice, ensuring efficiency and excellence in all aspects of patient care and administrative functions. You will lead our team, manage office budgets, handle patient relations, and ensure compliance with dental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Supervise and support our administrative and clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  2. Office Management: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, patient flow, inventory management, and office maintenance.
  3. Financial Oversight: Manage office budgets, billing, and financial reporting. Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance claims and patient payments.
  4. Patient Relations: Address patient concerns and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction. Implement strategies to enhance patient experience and retention.
  5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with dental regulations and standards. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  6. Hiring & Firing: Manage the team, including hiring and firing of employees as well as the associates.
  7. Daily Huddle and Reports: Organize and manage daily huddles and reporting to provide the owner.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Proven experience as a Dental Office Manager or in a similar leadership role within a dental practice.
  2. Language Skills: Fluent in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with our diverse patient base.
  3. Billing Experience: Strong knowledge of dental billing processes and experience with insurance claims.
  4. Software Proficiency: Proficient in Dentrix dental software and office applications.
  5. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
  6. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  7. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
