Own the design, configuration, and deployment of HCM processes including Core HR, Compensation, Talent, Absence, and Time Tracking. Collaborate closely with Technical Architects to ensure seamless integration between functional design and technical architecture. Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders , gathering requirements, leading workshops, and guiding decision-making. Drive testing, change management, and post-go-live support activities in coordination with cross-functional teams. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM functional experience, with deep configuration knowledge across multiple modules. Prior experience as a Lead Consultant or Functional Lead on enterprise Workday implementations. Strong understanding of global HCM processes , business requirements, and data models. Familiarity with Time Tracking and Compensation highly valued. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
