We are a highly skilled and friendly team working on some really exciting projects. If you share our passion for design, art, and technology, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role:

We are looking for a contract Technical Recruiter who will take ownership of our full-cycle talent acquisition process and play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization. You will work closely with engineering, design, and product leaders to understand hiring needs and find individuals who excel in areas such as Unreal Engine development, architectural visualization, 3D software engineering, and real-time rendering.

This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with candidates, influence hiring strategy, and develop sourcing methods that attract top-tier talent from across the technology and architectural industries. You will help ensure that every candidate receives a positive, professional experience that reflects our values and culture.

What You’ll Do:

I n this role, you will manage all aspects of the recruiting lifecycle - from crafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to facilitating interviews and supporting final hiring decisions. You will proactively build and nurture talent pipelines in highly specialized areas and look for opportunities to expand our presence within relevant communities and professional networks.

A key part of this role involves staying connected with niche talent pools such as Unreal Engine developers, 3D generalists, digital artists, architects transitioning to technology, and engineers with experience in simulation or visualization software. You will also collaborate with internal leaders to align hiring strategies with project timelines, skill requirements, and long-term workforce planning goals.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing full-cycle recruiting for technical, creative, and operational roles.
  • Sourcing and attracting specialized candidates through networking, platforms, and outreach.
  • Building strong talent pipelines for Unreal Engine, architectural visualization, and 3D engineering roles.
  • Conducting initial screenings and guiding candidates through each stage of the hiring process.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to refine job requirements and interview strategies.
  • Ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and timely communication.
  • Maintaining ATS accuracy, reporting data, and suggesting recruitment process improvements.
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives and representing the company in relevant professional spaces.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone with a strong background in recruiting technical or creative talent, ideally within industries such as real-time 3D, architecture, gaming, AEC technology, or software development. You should be comfortable sourcing for niche roles, communicating with highly skilled candidates, and adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to operate independently are key to success in this role.

You Will Thrive Here If You Have:

  • 2-5 years of recruiting experience in tech, creative, or AEC industries.
  • Familiarity with Unreal Engine talent pools or similar 3D development skillsets.
  • A strong understanding of technical and artistic job functions.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented approach to recruitment.
  • A desire to contribute to the growth of a forward-thinking technology company.
  • Work location: ideally the recruiter will work onsite at the company Sarasota office but open to a remote recruiter with strong experience residing in EST time zone.
