Who We\'re Looking For We’re looking for a Motion Graphics Editor — someone who can bring static content to life through dynamic transitions, animated text, product motion, and visual effects that elevate storytelling. This role is ideal for a video editor with strong motion design skills who understands how to enhance content for media platforms without relying on character animation or illustration-heavy styles. You’ll work closely with our content creators, designers, and strategists to produce high-impact video content that drives engagement and delivers our message with clarity and energy. If you’re a scrappy, proactive creative who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, you’ll fit right in. What You\'ll Do Create motion graphics and animations for social media, digital campaigns, and video content. Edit and enhance video footage with transitions, animated text, overlays, and product motion. Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute visual storytelling. Develop style frames, motion templates, and prototypes to communicate ideas. Ensure brand consistency across all motion assets and video content. Stay current with animation trends, editing techniques, and platform-specific best practices. Present concepts and final deliverables to internal teams and clients. What You Bring Proven professional experience in video editing and motion design. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and a passion for crafting visually engaging content. Alignment with conservative values and Judeo-Christian principles. Bonus Points For A portfolio showcasing motion-enhanced video content, especially campaign-driven or social-first work. Experience working in creative agencies, freelance, or advocacy environments. Familiarity with political or cultural content aligned with conservative values. Skills in sound design or audio editing. Background in graphic design or media production.
