A counseling professional is needed to support the social-emotional and academic needs of middle school students during a full semester contract. This part-time role involves managing a caseload within a dynamic educational environment, helping students navigate challenges that impact their well-being and learning.

Location: Levittown, PA
Schedule: 20 hours per week
Duration: Full semester contract
Setting: Middle School

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct counseling services to a middle school caseload, addressing academic, social, and emotional concerns
• Develop and implement individual and group counseling interventions aligned with student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success and well-being
• Maintain case records and documentation in compliance with confidentiality policies
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives focused on mental health and student support

Preferred Qualifications:

• Licensed or credentialed counselor with experience working with middle school-aged children
• Strong ability to build rapport and trust with students from diverse backgrounds
• Knowledge of counseling techniques tailored to adolescent development
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
