We are seeking an on-site Recruiter in our Pontiac, IL office.

As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in the talent acquisition process by identifying, sourcing, and assessing candidates for various job positions for our clients!

Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Pontiac, IL
Pay: $18.50/hour
Shift: M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

What’s Needed?
Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Ability to work all scheduled days and hours.
