Responsibilities: What you’ll do Perform day-to-day administration, configuration and troubleshooting of our Salesforce environment. Provide technical and functional support to users of Salesforce and related applications. Create and manage users; Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security). Create and update Reports and Dashboards for all business stakeholders. Create and modify objects, fields, etc. as directed. Log and track identified system problems through resolution. Test solutions that have been built by the other team members. Work in an agile and dynamic environment to facilitate timely responses to changing project requirements. Performs, upgrades and completes system maintenance. Review Salesforce upgrades and analyze impact on the Nearpod systems Prioritize developing skills related to Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules Partner with Revenue operations on data analyzation Enable new and current users on the Salesforce platform Evaluating, developing, and implementing solutions that support new or changing business processes Collaborating with critical p44 Salesforce stakeholders to understand Team p44 needs Integrating Salesforce with other applications, including testing and maintaining integrations Continual maintenance of a clean Salesforce database Creating and maintaining system-related documentation Requirements: The experience you should have 1-2 years as Salesforce.com Administrator Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Demonstrates self-discipline and motivation in all aspects of job performance Initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility over time Consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and results-orientated environment that demands excellence.
