Position Overview We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Medical Courier - This essential role is responsible for the safe, efficient transportation of cryopreserved specimens within the local area, along with minor equipment preparation and related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will consistently embody the highest standards of professionalism and care when interfacing with clients and handling sensitive materials.
Responsibilities - Safely operate company transportation vehicles to transport cryopreserved specimens between local fertility clinics and facilities.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and proper handling guidelines during transportation.
- Prepare equipment and materials as needed for transport operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transport activities and related documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining positive relationships with partnering fertility clinics.
- Conduct basic administrative tasks, including data entry and communication with clients regarding delivery status.
- Uphold patient privacy, confidentiality, and adhere to all safety and compliance policies.

The ideal candidate thrives in a role where reliability, communication, and adherence to protocols are critical. They possess excellent customer service skills and are able to balance multiple tasks effectively. A flexible approach and readiness to adapt to evolving company needs are essential.
Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to drive company vehicles for local deliveries.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to follow detailed protocols and maintain meticulous records.
- Familiarity with basic data entry and administrative software.
- Previous experience in a medical or laboratory setting is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits At CryoFuture, we value the dedication and professionalism of our team. Expected annual salary range for this role will be $50,000-60,000. Those who fit the role well and exceed expectations would also have an accelerated opportunity to grow into a Lab Operations Specialist developing new skills and responsibilities.
