Oversees the performance of a Leslies store to ensure it meets or exceeds customer service standards, sales plans, profitability, operating procedures, and merchandising objectives. Responsible for managing sales, profit margins, payroll, and expenses. Hires, trains, and develops staff, fostering a culture of excellent customer service and teamwork.
Pay: $40,080 - $43,080 / year
