Base pay range 90,000.00 / yr - $110,000.00 / yr Tanya Creations, an industry leader in fashion jewelry, is seeking a dynamic Fashion Jewelry Designer and Merchandiser. This opportunity is based out of our Tanya Creations offices in Cranston, Rhode Island. The requirements for the position are as follows : Merchandising Strategy : Develop and execute merchandising plans to optimize product assortment, pricing, and placement. Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and sales data to inform merchandising decisions. Product Development : Oversee the product development process, ensuring that designs are translated into high-quality, manufacturable products. Work closely with sourcing to manage timelines, costs, and quality control. Collaborate with sales and production departments to ensure cohesive product development. Partner with the production team to ensure designs are feasible within budget and quality standards. Trend Analysis and Research : Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities. Use insights from market research to inform design decisions and keep the brand at the forefront of the costume jewelry market. Brand Development : Develop and maintain the brands visual identity across all jewelry collections. Create guidelines for the brands visual elements, ensuring consistency across platforms and products. Drive innovation in design to enhance the brand's market position and appeal.
