Admin/Personal Assistant
Pay: $20–$23 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with QuickBooks, and Accounts Receivable and be comfortable handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks
Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and assist with basic bookkeeping
Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide general office support
Manage filing systems (digital and paper) and maintain organized records
Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence
Support management with additional administrative projects as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience using QuickBooks and experience handling Accounts Receivable (required)
Prior administrative or office support experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
