JOB TITLE

Virtual Assistant

REPORTS TO

Executive

SCOPE OF POSITION

The Virtual Assistant role is a part‑time, contractor position within the Accordus team. This position will require 8‑10 hours/week at minimum and could work up to 20 hours per week depending on the needs of the client.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Email inbox management Ability to manage an online calendar Ability to edit and format documents Set up simple email campaigns Manage reimbursement requests Pay bills Proficient in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint Simple CRM management skills Book travel (airfare, rental car, hotel) - International travel booking experience is a plus Push tasks to the finish line Comfortable working with ministry leaders & pastors

QUALIFICATIONS

All applicants must have: 2 years of Virtual Assisting experience [preferred] Non‑profit or ministry experience [required] Portrays confidence and professional authority Ability to anticipate needs High level of loyalty and discretion Must have day‑time availability (9am‑5pm) to receive emails, take calls, and join Zoom meetings when needed High‑level working experience with platforms such as Microsoft Outlook, Google, Zoom, Dropbox, etc. Tech Savvy and able to adapt and learn new software Strong time management skills Ability to work independently Ability to manage many tasks simultaneously #J-18808-Ljbffr BRIDGE Communications Inc.
