About the Role

We are on the lookout for a visionary VP of Transformation Strategy to spearhead our company's transition to a tech-enabled services leader. This strategic role involves crafting and executing a comprehensive transformation roadmap, managing intricate workstreams, and setting success metrics in collaboration with functional leaders.

The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to drive tech and AI-enabled solutions, support key initiatives, and oversee M&A integration efforts. This role is vital in representing transformation initiatives, exemplifying resilience and urgency, while leading a Digital Transformation Advisory Board of external experts.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading tech-enabled transformations, preferably in services or platform businesses
• Valuable management consulting experience, with knowledge of EdTech or higher education industries seen as an advantage
• Strong proficiency in change management and a proven track record of influential leadership within matrixed organizations
• A strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• A resilient leader who excels under pressure and can successfully navigate ambiguity
• A commitment to upskilling teams and leading substantial change efforts
