Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced accounting professional at the Senior Accountant , Assistant Accounting Manager , or Accounting Manager level to join our team onsite in Kingston, WA. This is a highly flexible search with compensation aligned to current market rates. Experience with tribal accounting is required .
Key Responsibilities
Perform account reconciliations and maintain the general ledger
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Assist with various ad hoc accounting projects
Contribute to the development and formalization of accounting procedures and departmental structure
Qualifications
Tribal accounting experience is required
Strong skills in account reconciliations and general accounting
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Must be able to work onsite full-time
Experience in nonprofit or governmental accounting is a plus

Location: Kingston, WA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexible)
Reports to: Chief Financial Officer
