Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative support sector, is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join their team. As a Temporary Receptionist, you will be part of the front office support team, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Temporary Receptionist

Location: Sault Ste Marie, MI

Pay Range: $17.00 per Hour

Shift: 8AM-5PM M-F

What's the Job?

• Greeting visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Answering and forwarding phone calls professionally
• Assisting guests with electronic sign-in procedures
• Logging into and navigating a computer system efficiently
• Supporting general office operations to ensure seamless workflow

What's Needed?

• Availability for a temporary, full-time position lasting approximately 2 months
• Friendly, approachable personality with strong customer service skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and clear communication abilities
• Comfortable using computers and providing basic technical guidance
• Ability to pass a background check
