HRD Aero Systems, Inc., an FAA repair station with over thirty-five years of experience, specializes in aircraft survival equipment, fire extinguishers, and oxygen equipment. The company employs over 150 staff and has offices in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Texas; and Valencia, California.

Primary Responsibilities

As a Survival Inspector Associate, you will inspect aircraft safety equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations and specifications for survival inflatable products.

Duties

• Review customer documentation and verify against work orders
• Perform visual inspections of units for repairability and condition
• Ensure the use of approved parts and proper documentation of discrepancies
• Apply relevant Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins
• Follow procedures outlined in QCM/RSM
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety policies and maintain productivity levels

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Ability to interpret manuals and technical data
• Ability to see at close range
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Teamwork skills
