Job Description
The Solutions Engineer will manage the full onboarding process for new customers, including system configuration, data migration, and training. They will collaborate with clients to understand business needs and tailor the software solution accordingly. The role involves providing technical support, conducting training sessions, creating documentation, and acting as the primary point of contact during implementation. The specialist will also work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and refine implementation processes for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position requires active clearance and up to 50% travel to customer sites. EMPLOYMENT TYPE:

Salary: $90K-110K Salary plus Benefits and Bonus
$110K would require someone to be more experienced

Must hold Active Clearance
Must be willing to travel 50% of the time
Expected travel to Hawaii, Alaska, Colorado and other East Coast cities as needed
Outstanding communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
2+ years’ experience implementing CRM, ERP, SaaS, or cloud-based software solutions in client-facing environments.
Strong familiarity with APIs, data migration, and system integrations
Must demonstrate excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software platforms and tools.
