Job Type Full‑time Reports to Siding Crew Leader Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Communication: Follow daily instructions from the Crew Leader, ensuring clarity on job‑specific tasks. Execution: Carry out assigned tasks diligently and report progress to the Crew Leader. Craftsmanship: Provide professional siding installation experiences, showcasing skills in cutting, weatherproofing, installing, sealing, measuring, taping, etc. Precision: Accurately measure, fabricate, and install siding, soffit, fascia, and trim. Learning Culture: Demonstrate a passion for continuous learning and career growth, staying updated on product knowledge. Leadership: Display a willingness to train and supervise laborers and apprentices. Safety: Prioritize safety by maintaining a clean and secure job site.
