Service Technician at Continental Siding Supply Continental Siding Supply is seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team in Springfield, MO. As a pioneer in the home siding industry, we take pride in our deep American roots and commitment to providing top‑notch service to our customers. Daily Responsibilities Diagnose and repair difficult-to-identify service issues efficiently. Clearly explain installation, diagnostic, and repair processes to customers in non-technical terms. Repair damaged siding, windows, and doors in customer homes. Respond promptly to service requests and complete repairs in a timely manner. Train newly hired and existing Service Technicians and Installation Crews on procedures and quality standards. Develop and deliver structured training programs to support company service initiatives. Provide ongoing coaching and real‑time feedback to improve service quality and performance. Update and enhance training materials to align with department needs and company expectations. Evaluate service quality through phone, email, chat, and in‑field observations based on company guidelines. Required Skills High school diploma/GED 2 to 3 years of experience as a service technician 2 years of experience as a trainer, training specialist or related position Strong working knowledge of equipment and tools used in the windows and siding industry Ability to diagnose and solve problems based on the customers’ non-technical descriptions Excellent customer service and communication skills Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Ability to work independently with limited supervision Clean driving record and reliable transportation Experience Siding: 1 year (Required) Service technician experience: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Continental Siding’s Mission Our mission for our team is to help each other love what we do for a living!
