Center City Public Charter Schools (Center City PCS) empower our students for lifelong success by building strong character, promoting academic excellence, and generating public service throughout Washington D.C. Our network serves over 1,400 students annually at our six campuses, located across the District, with a staff of over 250 dedicated individuals. The Principal , under the supervision of the Managing Director of Schools, will demonstrate proficiency in four competencies: Transformational Leadership, School Cultural Leadership, Instructional Leadership, and Systems and Operations Leadership. The ideal candidate is highly knowledgeable in core literacy and math content, research based instructional strategies, and standards-based instruction. The principal provides support and technical assistance to staff and families to improve students learning.
