What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead administration of both Sales Cloud and Financial Services Cloud orgs, managing user provisioning and access controls
Maintain and optimize profiles, permission sets, territory, and role hierarchies
Ensure compliance with SOC1, SOC2, and other regulatory frameworks in collaboration with Internal Audit and Compliance teams
Provide day-to-day end-user support and assist users with Salesforce best practices
Act as a key member of the Salesforce Scrum Team, participating in sprint planning and release cycles

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a multi-org environment, including Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud orgs
Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Advanced Administrator certifications required
Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture and user access management
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and DevOps pipelines for Salesforce

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant certification preferred
Familiarity with multi-org strategy, governor limits, and platform events
Experience as the lead platform administrator in a multi-org environment
