Minnesota Brow Lash & Medspa Academy is Hiring a Retail Store Manager/Administrative Assistant!

Minnesota Brow Lash & Medspa Academy is a licensed private career school with the Minnesota Office of Higher Education under Minnesota Statutes, sections 136A.821 to 136A.832. Our St. Louis Park, Minnesota training facility offers state-of-the-art equipment and highly skilled staff to teach our students the newest trends in the Beauty Industry. Specifically, Permanent Makeup, Microblading, Eyelash Extensions, Laser Treatments, Esthetics and Advanced Esthetics. We work hand-in-hand with our sister company BeautyPros Permanent Cosmetic & Medspa which offers services/treatments with licensed artists.

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in (Business, Marketing or Graphic Design)
• Full Time Availability

Responsibilities Include:

Administrative Duties:

• Answering Phone Calls/Booking Appointments & Class Tours
• Read and respond to Emails
• Opening/Closing Duties- turning on lights, unlocking doors, counting cash, ensuring appointments are properly scheduled, and overall cleanliness of the facility
• Checking In/Out Clients- ensuring proper paperwork is filled out
• Marketing- creating and properly storing content for Academy Marketing Purposes: Marketing channels include: Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok, Pinterest & Send in Blue
• Assist in Packing and shipping online orders
• Stocking and tidying classroom, treatment rooms, front desk area, restrooms.
• Filling out the Lead Generation spreadsheet when students call for class inquiry
• Demonstrate sincere customer focus and true appreciation for guest experience
• Ensure compliance with all legislation governing the operation of a spa & educational facility
• Ability to liaise with internal & external parties at the appropriate levels to ensure a smooth flow of academy operations
• Be able to work independently (with minimal supervision at times) and multi-tasking

Marketing:

• Creating and properly storing content for Academy Marketing Purposes: Marketing channels include: Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok, Pinterest & Send in Blue
• Working with our 360 Marketing Program to grow our social media accounts with the best quality content possible
• Taking Videos and photos of classes, technicians, and services to put into overall general footage
• Overseeing Blog Posting and weekly Schedule for Social Media (all platforms)
• Assist in creating thoughtful campaign ads for all platforms

Retail Store Operation:

• Accurate count of inventory each month- counting all products onsite and creating a discrepancy sheet to send to business owners
• Creating/Editing GS1 Products/Barcodes for accuracy to send to vendors
• Pulling products for Amazon, Etsy, all online platforms where our products are sold and creating shipping labels, and packaging properly.
• Ensuring the accuracy of all products entered into our online store mnbrow.com as well as our onsite store which is run through Daysmart Salon.
• Working closely with all vendors to ensure orders are processed when products need to be ordered and properly fill out spreadsheets with vendor orders/tracking numbers etc.
• When orders come in- unpack, count and report the quality of the product, put into inventory and put the product away
• Ensure the accuracy of all products via our online platforms (pricing, inventory accurancy, description of product, photos, etc.)
• Work with each vendor individually to create barcodes for new products & labeling properly

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
