Salary: $18.00-19.00/hr + $10-$20/Day + Tips $ + PTO

Brighthouse Green Home Cleaning, LLC is Middle Tennessees leading and most trusted residential cleaning service. Weve been around for 15 years and are growing fast. Our daily goal is to provide an exceptional cleaning experience for our clients, while honoring and supporting our employees. We are seeking experienced residential cleaners to join our amazing team! If you have a keen eye for details and a love for cleaning, we are your perfect match. Were looking for skilled, professional house cleaners to grow with our company.

Schedule: Monday - Friday/ 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

Duties/Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

• Performs general cleaning and sanitizing tasks and services throughout the home.
• Cleans bathrooms.
• Cleans and sanitizes kitchen and dining areas.
• Washes dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, and pans.
• Wipes and dusts surfaces in rooms and cleans mirrors.
• Vacuums and cleans floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes.
• Places and neatly tucks clean sheets and blankets on beds and replaces pillowcases.
• Picks up and empties trash containers.
• Loads washers and dryers and folds sheets and towels in laundry room as needed.
• Performs deep cleans in assigned homes.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of residents, tenants, and/or guests.
• Sufficient ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English to complete work efficiently, effectively, and courteously.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Reliable cell phone service

Education and Experience

• Education sufficient to read, write, and speak as needed for the job.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods standing and walking and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times

Compensation: $18-$19/hr Starting Base Pay + $10-$20/Day Gas Stipend + Benefits + Paid Vacation + 401(k) Retirement + Client Tips $

Schedule:

• 4-8 hour shifts
• Must be available to arrive at 8:30am to first appointment.
• Monday - Friday
