If **Office Services Associate** sounds like something you would be interested in, and you meet the qualifications listed below, apply now! **Responsibilities for an On-Site Office Services Associate include but are not limited to:** + Provide excellent customer service while delivering on-site office support services such as reception, mailroom, shipping/receiving, copy center, and conference room setup. + Travel between client locations to manage and service over 50 office devices (including paper, toner, and maintenance calls). + Respond promptly to management, client requests, and potential concerns via email, phone, text, or in person. + Support general office functions including greeting visitors, answering calls, accepting deliveries, and coordinating office supplies. + Perform copier maintenance, document handling, and other administrative support as needed. + Attend cross-training sessions to provide backup coverage for various office service functions. **Candidates for On-Site Office Services Associate must meet the following requirements:** + High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required. + Basic computer skills and ability to work with minimal supervision. + Strong customer service and communication skills. + Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. + Willingness to work overtime as needed. + Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record (daily travel between sites required). + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, walk, reach, and pull for extended periods. + Compliance with client COVID-19 safety protocols may be required. **What's in this On-Site Office Services Associate position for you?** + **Pay:** $22.00/hour + **Shift:** Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM + Weekly paycheck + Dedicated Onboarding Specialist & Recruiter + Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses This **On-Site Office Services Associate** role is being recruited for by Adecco's Centralized Delivery Team and not your local branch.
