Skills & Experience - 5-8 years' experience in Recruitment, HR or Talent Acquisition in a corporate or freelance capacity.

Responsibilities - Participate in weekly online learning & development sessions
- Cultivate marketing strategies across various digital platforms with training and support provided
- Learn and apply lead generation techniques, conduct structured phone and video conferencing interviews and qualify candidates
- Facilitate the flow of information and decision-making with suitable candidates
- Support onboarding processes as you build, train and mentor your team
