Recruiting Coordinator

Solitude is looking for a talented recruiting coordinator to help with department screening in specific positions posted. Close to our winter season, Solitude has a large influx in applicants. To show our applicants we respect their time and interest for applying to a role, the recruiting coordinator would reach out to all applicants within a timely manner to help the hiring manager. This position is hybrid where some days are worked onsite at Solitude and other days worked from home.

Specific job requirements:

• Must have recruiting or administrative support experience
• Knowledgeable of HRIS system Workday and candidate management systems preferred
• Learn and implement human resource policies and practices
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to conduct various types of interviews (in person, online, phone)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Strong leadership skills
• Willing to work remote and onsite when needed

Job duties and responsibilities:

• Assess incoming resumes
• Screen applicants from posted job requisitions
• Maintain hiring and interview records
• Conduct interviews by phone or Teams
• Customize screening templates
• Assists with identifying issues affecting recruitment
• Refers appropriate candidates to hiring manager/supervisor
• Verify qualifications with hiring manager
• Follow up with candidates via message templates on status
• Have direct communication with hiring manager and update on interview process
• Schedule multiple interviews using Calendly or an organized scheduling system
• Assist HR team with issuing employee benefits and uniforms along with other tasks requested by supervisor/manager
