Job Summary and Qualifications

The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers exceptional, patient-centered care tailored to the specific needs of the department, adhering to the scope and standards of practice relevant to the state and specialty. The RN collaborates with medical providers and care team members to offer individualized, comprehensive, and empathetic care using established nursing models.

What you will do in this role:

• Assess patient conditions during admission and throughout each shift, identifying and communicating any changes promptly.
• Perform medical procedures and documentation as per the medical provider’s orders, ensuring thorough and timely records.
• Deliver outstanding patient care by attending promptly to requests and anticipating potential needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to customize and provide a holistic patient treatment plan that fosters recovery.
• Serve as liaison between healthcare providers and community support systems to ensure a smooth continuation of care.

Qualifications:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of start date.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Registered Nurse Diploma.

No travel is required, and no prior experience is needed.
