Title: Property Manager

Location: Morris County, NJ

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 Base + Bonus + Benefits

Overview

The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a luxury property in Morris County, NJ, ensuring high standards of service, maintenance, and tenant satisfaction. This role involves working with the maintenance and leasing departments, handling budgeting and capital expenditure projects, vendor contracts, and more. The ideal candidate has experience managing luxury properties, leading high-performing teams, and driving strong property performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance staff, and vendor management to ensure property efficiency and quality service.
• Manage tenant relations, rent collection, and support leasing efforts as needed.
• Handle budgeting, reporting, and compliance with lease terms, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
• Respond to emergencies, inspect properties regularly, and drive sustainability and energy initiatives.
• Meet with tenants as frequently as possible to obtain their comments and recommendations to ensure that operations and quality standards are maintained.
• Attend and participate in monthly property management meetings with all property management staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury property management (residential).
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Yardi is preferred.
• Must be professional, energetic and positive.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
