Job Description

Key Responsibilities for Construction Project Manager - Leading LAUSD General Contractor in Los Angeles Metro Area:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of DSA k-12 projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow and effective communication.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and mitigate financial risks while ensuring the project remains within budget.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory compliance throughout the construction process.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing as scheduled and to resolve any issues promptly.
• Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient collaboration and problem-solving.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, addressing any concerns and proposing solutions as necessary.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing challenges that may impact project delivery.
