Job Description

We have partnered with a family-owned general contractor with a reputation for excellence, and are seeking a Project Engineer to support a high-profile $40M healthcare project. If you're ready to get hands-on experience, grow into a Project Manager, and be part of a team that truly values its people, this is the opportunity for you.

Salary: $50,000-$60,000/yr. (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager and Superintendent on a fast-paced healthcare project
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and all project documentation
  • Assist with project schedules, procurement, and coordination
  • Be on-site 4 days/week (6:00 AM-2:30 PM), with Fridays in the office
  • Work closely with subcontractors, field crews, and internal teams
  • Grow into an Assistant PM and Project Manager within 18 months


What We're Looking For:
  • 1-3 years of experience in construction or as a Project Engineer (internships welcome)
  • Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, and construction documentation
  • Comfortable working in the field-no remote work available
  • Strong communication, time management, and a willingness to learn
  • Education flexible-we care more about attitude and drive
  • Technical experience with Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Excel, Word, and Outlook (Procore/Timberline is a plus)
