Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Client Demographic: Preteens (9 – 14 years old). We are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young adolescents at Calo Programs. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to create personalized treatment plans and provide individual, group, and family therapy using relational, systemic, and experiential modalities, while also leveraging our canine therapy program with over 40 Golden Retrievers. Responsibilities Facilitate Individual, Family, and Group Therapy: Conduct trauma‑informed and systemic therapy sessions to create meaningful change. Personalized Caseloads: Manage a focused caseload of 6–8 clients with high‑quality individualized care and family programming. Collaborate in Integrated Care: Work with therapists, medical providers, and nurses to develop comprehensive treatment plans in a holistic environment. Timely Documentation: Complete accurate and thorough clinical documentation within required timeframes. Utilize Specialized Therapy Modalities: Apply Adventure Therapy (camping, hiking, rappelling), Animal‑Assisted Therapy, and experiential approaches. Cultural Competency and Adolescent Development: Provide culturally competent care addressing the unique psychological needs of teens. Professional Growth: Attend conferences and pursue continued education in modalities such as brainspotting, theraplay, and attachment‑focused interventions. Growth‑Oriented Work Culture: Thrive in a flexible, empathetic, and results‑driven environment focused on trust and meaningful change. Qualifications Full licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW. Provisional licenses (PLPC, PLMFT, LMSW) with supervision provided. Ability to establish a CAQH profile and obtain an NPI during onboarding. Strong clinical skills with a commitment to evidence‑based practices. Passion for counseling teens and young adults. Use of clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor progress.
