We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing healthcare diagnostics team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding healthcare and institutional clients—including physicians, clinics, pharmacies, nursing homes, school districts, treatment centers, and law enforcement agencies. Your focus will be to promote and expand access to our suite of testing solutions, including COVID-19 , Flu A/B , Toxicology , and Biomolecular Screening services across Texas (Metro Houston area) and key states such as New York, Florida, California, and Arizona .

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and Onboard New Clients
    Identify, engage, and sign new healthcare and institutional partners by understanding their needs and aligning them with our testing capabilities.

  2. Promote Testing Services
    Deliver compelling presentations and product education to new and existing clients on available diagnostic testing services, ensuring clear understanding and value alignment.

  3. Manage Territory Sales Activities
    Develop and execute strategic outreach plans within assigned territories, maintaining a robust sales pipeline and achieving growth objectives.

  4. Client Relationship Management
    Build long-term, trust-based relationships with healthcare stakeholders to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  5. Market Intelligence & Reporting
    Gather and share market insights and client feedback to help refine services, pricing, and outreach strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals , or medical services

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

  • Experience working with healthcare providers , clinics , or institutional clients is strongly preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across assigned territories

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration , or related field

  • Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

En este rol, serás responsable de identificar, contactar y captar clientes del sector salud e instituciones, incluyendo médicos, clínicas, farmacias, hogares de cuidado, distritos escolares, centros de tratamiento y agencias de seguridad pública. Tu enfoque será promover y expandir el acceso a nuestra gama de soluciones de pruebas diagnósticas, incluyendo COVID-19, Influenza A/B, Toxicología y Evaluación Biomolecular, en Texas (área metropolitana de Houston) y en estados clave como Nueva York, Florida, California y Arizona.

Responsabilidades Principales

Prospección y Captación de Nuevos Clientes

Identificar, involucrar y formalizar nuevas alianzas con socios del sector salud e instituciones, comprendiendo sus necesidades y alineándolas con nuestras capacidades de pruebas diagnósticas.

Promoción de Servicios de Pruebas

Realizar presentaciones persuasivas y educar a clientes actuales y potenciales sobre los servicios disponibles, asegurando una clara comprensión del valor y beneficios ofrecidos.

Gestión de Actividades de Venta en Territorio

Desarrollar y ejecutar planes estratégicos de alcance dentro de los territorios asignados, manteniendo un pipeline de ventas sólido y alcanzando los objetivos de crecimiento.

Gestión de Relaciones con Clientes

Construir relaciones de confianza a largo plazo con actores clave del sector salud para fomentar negocios recurrentes y referencias.

Inteligencia de Mercado y Reportes

Recopilar y compartir información sobre el mercado y retroalimentación de clientes para ayudar a optimizar servicios, precios y estrategias de contacto.

Requisitos Obligatorios

  • 2 a 3 años o más de experiencia en ventas externas, preferiblemente en salud, diagnóstico, farmacéutica o servicios médicos

  • Historial comprobado de cumplimiento o superación de metas de ventas

  • Experiencia trabajando con proveedores de salud, clínicas o clientes institucionales es altamente valorada

  • Licencia de conducir vigente y disposición para viajar dentro de los territorios asignados

Requisitos Preferidos

  • Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Administración de Salud o campo relacionado

  • Experiencia relevante equivalente puede ser considerada en lugar del título universitario
