Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Contractor Strategy and Channel Programs, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for working collaboratively to execute and help manage Residential Roofing and Siding contractor programs, focused on brand marketing plans for our Exterior Products Group.

The ideal candidate will be collaborative by nature and capable of engaging and leveraging functional counterparts and resources in content, creative, agency partners and digital, as well as bring their own skills as a customer engagement/activation specialist to achieve targeted results.

• Collaborate with other internal teams (i.e. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
• Assist in the development and creation of marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
• Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
• Utilize analytical tools for campaign assessment, as well as tracking of metrics and key indicators for marketing effectiveness, and brand awareness/reputation
• Utilize digital tools and platforms to maintain regular communication on progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the planning and execution of projects
• Provide support to specialty channel initiatives i.e. Storm, Hispanic Contractor Outreach, Credentialed Contractors, Channel Strategy, etc.
• Invoice Processing and budget analysis for Contractor Programs and Sales Programs
• Manage print production of Contractor Engagement literature pieces, which includes but is not limited to sending printers requests for quotes and submitting and maintaining printers’ Statements of Work (SOW).
• Manage Contractor Engagement’s inventory of wearables and promotional items
• Manager Contractor Engagement’s inventory of literature using both fulfillment houses (Archway and Halo) reporting systems
• Manage Contractor Engagement’s collateral on Roofing Storehouse and Business Connections
• Manage content on MyEDGE
• Translations

Required Qualifications

What do you bring?

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, sales enablement, customer service, or equivalent
• Fluent in MS Office Suite of programs; high proficiency in Excel
• Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
