What You’ll Do
Set up and operate manual engine lathes with precision and care
Use calipers and micrometers to verify product dimensions to exact specifications
Program and operate CNC machines to produce complex, high-tolerance components
Safely handle materials using hoists and cranes
Read and interpret blueprints, SOPs, and customer specifications
Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless workflow and quality output
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and manufacturing best practices
What You Bring
Strong proficiency in blueprint reading and mechanical interpretation
Hands-on experience with CNC machining, including setup and programming
Solid understanding of manual machining, grinding, and finishing techniques
Familiarity with material handling equipment such as hoists and cranes
A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
