Position Overview

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a prestigious law firm in search of an experienced Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant/Paralegal to join their team in Colorado Springs, CO. This role requires a dedicated individual who can manage various administrative and case management tasks to support the firm's litigation attorneys effectively. Ability to work fully in-office is required.

Responsibilities:

* Case management and file organization for active litigation matters

* Drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence

* Assisting with discovery, including drafting discovery requests/responses and organizing production

* Managing court deadlines, calendaring, and scheduling depositions, hearings, and client meetings

* Coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel

* Conducting legal research as needed

* Preparing trial binders and assisting attorneys with trial preparation

* Tracking and billing time worked on client matters

Qualifications:

* Minimum 2+ years of civil litigation experience (state and/or federal)

* Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail

* Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines across attorneys

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and litigation support software/e-filing systems

* Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and staff

* Team-oriented, coachable, and willing to adapt to firm practices

* Must be able to commute daily to the firm's Colorado Springs, CO office

Work Hours

The position requires full-time availability during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.

Rate

$50-$55k/yr.
