Roma ricerca un Partnership Account La risorsa avrà l’obiettivo di gestire il rapporto con i partner e gli sponsor della Roma, implementando i diritti contrattuali ed occupandosi delle iniziative di attivazione. Inoltre avrà l’obiettivo di creare e/o mantenere contatti con vecchi/nuovi clienti. Principali responsabilità: Gestione della relazione con i partner e sponsor in modo efficace ed efficiente, operando come un advisor affidabile e credibile (account dedicato). Supporto creativo alle iniziative di attivazione e comunicazione e responsabile operativo per l’implementazione. Negoziazione e rendicontazione della proposta economica in caso di rinnovo dell’accordo in allineamento con i responsabili Partnerships Sales. Identificazione opportunità su Clienti potenziali. Preparazione report periodici sullo status del Cliente. Valorizzazione e rinnovo della partnership di competenza. Capacità ed esperienza: Conoscenza fluente della lingua Italiana e Inglese, scritta e orale. Esperienza nel ruolo di minimo 3 anni presso rights holders o agenzie (preferibilmente nel settore Sports Business). Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office. Ottime capacità logiche, precisione e autonomia organizzativa. Predisposizione alle relazioni interpersonali e al lavoro in team. Proattività e capacità di risolvere i problemi. Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione.
