Job Title: Junior Project Manager

Location: Oakland, CA (Hybrid)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager who can perform the duties of a journey-level Project Manager and bring creativity and adaptability to projects that may not be well-defined.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply and adapt project management techniques to diverse projects.
• Develop detailed work plans including schedule, cost, resources, contingency, and communication plans.
• Good understanding of customer experiences.
• Obtain management approval and ensure project documentation is maintained.
• Identify, analyze, and address project performance issues.
• Manage vendor tasks and track/review deliverables.
• Communicate project status to all stakeholders.
• Assess project risks and develop contingency plans.

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of project management experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Must have experience in startup methodologies
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Project reporting (PlanisWare)

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $70.00 - $75.00 per hour.
