Reports To: Marina Manager
The Janitorial Crew member is responsible for keeping all aspects of our property in a clean and orderly manner.

Qualifications - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education Position requires a minimum of two (2) years High School, or GED.
Experience This position requires previous work experience in dealing with the public (i.e. customer service) on a daily basis, and treating customers with respect. Previous experience preferred.

Must have the ability to work on feet for extended periods of time/ The employee is frequently required to balance, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Employee must be able work in outdoor weather conditions.
