Compensation: $150k/year

The Role

We are looking for a visionary Head of Product to lead the development of our AI-native creative platform. This is a foundational role, requiring a seasoned leader who can define our product strategy, build a roadmap, and execute on a vision to revolutionise storytelling. You will be responsible for both our core creative tooling (Story Engine) and our collaborative community platform, bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI, elegant user experience, and a thriving creative ecosystem.

What Youll Do

• Product Vision & Strategy: Own and articulate the product vision and strategy for our entire platform, including core creative tools and community marketplace.
• Product Roadmap: Develop and manage a clear, prioritised product roadmap that aligns with company goals and user needs.
• HandsOn Execution: Work directly with engineers and designers to build, test, and launch new features, deeply involved from conception to delivery.
• User & Market Research: Conduct indepth research to understand the needs of our creative users and the broader market for AIpowered media tools.
• CrossFunctional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, creative, marketing, and business development teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful product.
• Team Building: Build and mentor a worldclass product team as we grow.

Who You Are

You are a senior product leader with a track record of building and scaling successful products, ideally in the AI, media, or creative tools space. You are a builder at heart and thrive in an earlystage, fastpaced environment.

• Senior Product Experience: 57 years in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of technical systems and effective communication with engineers, with knowledge of AI and ML under the hood.
• Creative Tools Background: Experience with creative software, media production, gaming, or collaborative platforms (like Figma or Notion) is essential.
• AI Expertise: Built products that leverage generative models, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities of this technology.
• Strategic & Tactical: Think strategically about the big picture while getting handson with product execution details.

Bonus Points For

• A portfolio that demonstrates products you have shipped from scratch.
• Previous experience in a preseed or seedstage startup.
• Deep understanding of generative video tools and AI creative workflows.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• An active interest in AI creativity, film, animation, or digital media production.
