What will you be doing?

Managing the daily operations of one of the top German Bakery, Pastry and Deli Restaurant and Retail Store in the United States
Manage and train personnel on the fine-art of German Bread Making and Pastries.
Work closely with the owner on continuing to grow the business.

Experience managing food & beverage retail operations
Extensive knowledge and experience with German food products in particular breads and pastries.
