Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shower Glass Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the professional installation of frameless and framed shower enclosures, mirrors, and related glass products in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate is skilled with hand and power tools, has a strong attention to detail, and provides excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and install glass shower doors and enclosures accurately and efficiently
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or drawings to determine project requirements
• Ensure all installations are completed safely, correctly, and in compliance with industry standards
• Seal joints and edges using caulk or silicone as needed
• Handle glass carefully to avoid damage or injury
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise
• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures
• Document completed jobs and report back to the office as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior experience installing shower glass or similar glass products (2+ years preferred)
• Proficient with measuring tools, levels, drills, and other hand/power tools
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift 80+ lbs and work on ladders
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
