We’re Hiring Warehouse Workers in Delano, CA!

Delano area is preparing for their busy season. Don’t miss out on this opportunity! We will be offering various open positions for packers, sorters, forklift operators, palletizers, sanitation workers, and general warehouse staff.  

Open shifts: Day and Swing

Schedule: 8 hours a day with possible OT and weekends as well.

• 1st shift: 6AM Tues- Sat
  
• 2nd shift: 4PM Mon – Fri
• Pay rates: $16.50/ hour – All warehouse positions
• Pay Rate: $18.00/ hour – Forklift

Job Duties Include:

• Accurately sorting and packing products in preparation for shipment
• Handling, sorting, and packing goods in an efficient and organized manner
• Ensuring packages are correctly labeled before dispatch
• Arranging inventory in shipping containers and preparing them for shipment
• Ensuring proficient and safe use of forklifts in lifting, moving, and packing merchandise
• Sorting items for delivery and operating heavy gear such as forklifts.
• Maintaining a clean work area
• Operate machinery and equipment as required, such as forklifts, packaging machines, or conveyor systems
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following health and safety regulations
• Monitor and maintain inventory, keeping track of stock levels
• Load and unload trucks, checking that all loads are secure

Our ideal candidate has good physical stamina and coordination, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work OT and weekends as needed. 

This is a seasonal position but can lead up to a temp to hire for the right candidate. Warehouse experience preferred but not required.
