Duties and Responsibilities: Motivates and participates in training staff to exceed expectations with award-winning attitudes and focus. Actively participates and trains at the Sales Tower. Ensures the recruiting and hiring process is followed for all positions, focused on hiring the best. Train your Managers to deliver awesome coaching sessions, establishing short- and long-term goals. Ensure every employee feels valued and contributes to the winning team. Directs and monitors all dealership management or supervisory personnel functions and completes formal performance evaluations of all department managers at regularly scheduled intervals. Ensure Sales Managers and Associates follow our process for generating more leads, closing more deals. Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed expectations. Manage a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales. Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all employees and customers. Oversee all activities occurring in the Vehicle Showroom and Service. 2 plus years as a Hands-On General Manager at a high-volume franchise dealership Complete understanding of how to desk car deals. Solid sales competencies with knowledge of strategies and best practices. Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for developing employees to the next level. Must have good computer and typing skills. Attention to detail with a commitment to solving problems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Outgoing, with a winning positive attitude. Knowledge of inventory control and P&L management.
