In this dynamic role, you'll oversee the certification audit process and act as the primary liaison between EAGLE and clients pursuing internationally recognized food safety certifications.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the certification process
• Coordinate food safety certification audits and ensure all requirements are met
• Manage documentation within the EAGLE Management System
• Ensure compliance with GFSI-recognized programs (e.g., SQF, BRCGS, FSSC) and other international standards
• Track audit costs, review documentation, and support internal training
• Organize communications, schedules, and materials to align with client expectations

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or biochemistry preferred.)
• Work experience in a food related industry
• Familiarity with ISO management systems or experience in manufacturing (a plus)
• Experience in customer service, quality assurance, or administrative roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Basic understanding of business accounting practices
• Interest in professional development and evolving compliance systems
• Spanish fluency is a plus but not required
