Begin a new, professional career as a telephone premium auditor with RLD Associates, Inc., a leader in the premium audit industry.

Our company has immediate openings for entry-level positions as telephone insurance premium auditors at our Lebanon, PA office. Position is entry-level, no experience required . The position is not remote or work from home - employees are required to work in our Lebanon office.

Hours are full-time, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm [note - alternate schedule is 7:30 am to 4:30 pm]. No part-time options are available. Guaranteed 40 hours per week. No weekends or evenings! All staff receives two paid 15-minute breaks and one 1-hour unpaid lunch each day.

Full training is provided which includes training in premium audit, our company procedures and our proprietary software.

What is premium audit?

• Premium audit is a key part of the commercial insurance industry. As a premium auditor you will contact business owners by phone and email to collect information to assist insurance companies in determining the policy is correct and the premium accurate. This is not a sales position. We contact businesses on behalf of their insurance companies, only after the policies have ended.
• When information is received, our auditors will prepare a report based on the information using our software.

Who are our ideal applicants?

• Do you have a strong willingness to learn new things? Premium audit is a key part of the commercial insurance industry. We will teach you the skills and provide the resources necessary to excel in this role.
• Do you have experience with customer service? An outgoing and pleasant personality is a must and applicants with such experience will be strongly considered. Verbal and written communications skills are necessary.
• Are you computer literate? Our staff uses our own software as well as Microsoft suite programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
