Litigation Associate Requirements:
- 1-3 years of employment law litigation experience (state and federal)
- Exposure to specific types of employment litigation, such as wage and hour claims, discrimination claims, harassment claims, or wrongful termination claims.
- Clerkship experience preferred
- Excellent academic credentials and good standing with bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
