Requirements Top 5 Performance Objectives Map and Optimize the Trader Lifecycle (First 60‑90 Days) Analyze the trader's full journey on the Prop Firm Match platform and define key communication touchpoints. Develop and document tailored email sequences aligned with onboarding, engagement, and retention stages. Establish KPIs for open rates, CTR, and conversion metrics for each stage of the journey. Build and Automate Email Campaigns (Quarter 1‑2) Design and deploy automated workflows and segmented campaigns using ActiveCampaign. Create dynamic tags and lists to enable personalized communication based on trader behavior and profile. A/B test templates, subject lines, and CTAs to continuously improve campaign performance.
