Position: Director of Global Supply Chain

Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Norman, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop global supply chain strategies for business growth
  
  
• Oversee order fulfillment and logistics operations
  
  
• Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes
  
  
• Optimize inventory levels and warehouse utilization
  
  
• Lead cross-functional teams for strategic initiatives
  
  
• Drive process improvements and enhance efficiency
  
  
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  
  
• Collaborate with sales and manufacturing teams
  
  
  

  Required Qualifications & Experience:

  
  
  
  • 10+ years in supply chain leadership roles
    
    
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field
    
    
  • Experience with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making
    
    
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams
    
    
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
    
    
  • Familiarity with procurement and logistics processes
    
    
    

    Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

    
    
    
    • MBA or APICS, CPIM, CSCP certifications
      
      
    • Experience in IVD, medical device, or regulated life sciences industries
      
      
    • Knowledge of Lean or Operational Excellence principles
      
      
    • Experience with FDA or ISO 13485 quality systems
