We are looking  for an Office Manager to add to our growing team in our Naples office that is willing  to work hard and play hard.

Our ideal Office Manager Requirements:

• Strong Leadership skills.
• Open Dental Software experience preferred.
• Dental Office Front Desk Experience.
• Familiar with dental treatment planning.
• Compassion for our patients and their oral health.
• Knowledge of dental insurance.
• Train/Lead fellow team members in that location.

You must be excited to learn new things. You need excellent interpersonal  communication skills in order to contribute to the team as well as motivate and instruct  patients on optimal oral health.

Naples Office hours:

Monday 7:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Tuesday 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Wednesday 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Thursday 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Friday Office Closed

Our employees arrive 30 minutes before the first patient, and depart after all end of day duties are completed.

Salary range:

$60,000 - $66,000 based on experience
