Job Title: Construction Manager

Location: Nebraska

Pay Range: $65-$75/hr, OT after 40

Per Diem: $178/day for 7 days a week

Company Vehicle: Provided

Target start date / availability: ASAP interview, June start

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the solar construction project, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Oversee electrical and mechanical system installations, ensuring compliance with project requirements and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues promptly.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
• Conduct inspections to ensure the project meets technical specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in solar construction, with expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A track record of successfully managing similar large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices.
